Non-Exclusive License Agreement

PURCHASE OF THIS INSTRUMENTAL

IS A CONSENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. License (Non-Exclusive) MUSICAL INSTRUMENTAL COPYRIGHT LICENSE Definitions: "BEAT, INSTRUMENTAL" refers to the production and recording of the producer/composer and owner. "PRODUCER, COMPOSER" refers to the producer/composer and copyright owner of the INSTRUMENTAL. "WORK" means the copyrightable work of authorship offered under the terms of this License.

"YOU (THE BUYER)" refers to the bidder/buyer obtaining this license for the beat. "DERIVITAVE WORKS" means a work based upon the Work or upon the Work and other pre-existing works, such as a translation, musical arrangement, dramatization, fictionalization, motion picture version, sound recording, art reproduction, abridgment, condensation, or any other form in which the Work may be recast, transformed, or adapted, except that a work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work for the purpose of this License.

For the avoidance of doubt, where the Work is a musical composition or sound recording, the synchronization of the Work in timed-relation with a moving image ("synching") will be considered a derivative Work for the purpose of this License. This musical instrumental being licensed within this contract belongs to the producer who is the composer as well as the copyright holder and owner of exclusive rights to this musical composition. This license will grant you (THE BUYER), non-exclusive rights to the musical instrumental.

This license is effective and in agreement under all these conditions: You are the winning bidder or buyer. You have agreed to receive this beat under this contract agreement. Your Payment has cleared. In the event one of these conditions isn't met, this contract is null and void. You won't have any rights to this beat. You are required to add original and unique lyrics or musical elements to this beat.

Other buyers of this beat will also receive the same license and agree to these terms (So nobody can sue another user for having this beat).

Since this is a non-exclusive license, the PRODUCER has the right to distribute and/or sell this beat to other people. This license grants you the following rights: Add unique original lyrics for non-commercial, academic, and/or promotional use only, Re-mix and re-master, Distribute the completed work (Recording of the beat & your lyrics), Create derivative works from, and Synchronize this instrumental with audio and/or visual effects.

This license does not grant you the right to sell or grant license of this instrumental to any other person.
